We had a wonderful stay with the whole family. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfy, making our time there relaxing after a long day of exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, the live music could be a bit loud for families. A quieter area for sleeping would be great.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the town center, making it easy to explore. I found the Red Cow a charming place to unwind. The welcome from the staff stood out. very warm and accommodating after a long journey. The room had a nice layout with enough space to move around. The large bed was really comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the mini fridge stocked for a quick continental breakfast, and it was convenient being just a short walk from the station. The pub downstairs had a really nice vibe. the food was delicious and the selection of beers was impressive. Unfortunately, noise levels during the night were a struggle. The area gets busy, and road noise mixed with the sounds from the pub below made it hard to get a solid sleep. the bathroom could use a few updates. the shower temperature fluctuated a bit, and there were no hairdryers provided. Despite the noise, I’d still consider returning due to the staff's friendliness and the great food.

missingWrote a review on 19 Marnoisy room
The overall vibe felt subdued with a cramped, shabby room that barely matched the online photos. The noise from the pub downstairs disrupted sleep with music blasting until 5 am, and the shower had more glitches than functionality, including fluctuating temperatures and black mold. Traffic noise from the busy road crept in, meaning I'd think twice before opening the windows in warmer weather.
